As Medical Office Manager, she oversees all billing with meticulous accuracy, from claims and coding to patient statements and reimbursements. Gigi joined the Westside Family Physicians team in 2023 as our newest team member, and quickly became one of its most versatile. As Receptionist, she is the welcoming first point of contact for every patient who calls the office, while also managing medical records, scheduling, and the day-to-day flow of the front office. Her ability to move fluidly between reception, records management, and administrative support keeps the practice responsive and organized. Patients appreciate her warm, efficient approach, and the team relies on her steady energy and willingness to step in wherever she is needed.

Patti joined the Westside Family Physicians team in 2012, blending clinical precision with compassionate patient advocacy. As a Certified Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant, and Care Coordinator, she performs blood draws, assists with procedures, and manages complex care plans with a steadfast focus on accuracy and patient comfort. Drawing on her background in the music and entertainment industries, she is known for offering high-profile patients the utmost privacy and discretion. As Care Coordinator, she serves as a primary point of contact, facilitating clear communication between specialists and ensuring no detail of a patient’s wellness journey is overlooked.
